Between visits

Olina, our GLP-1 app, handles the in-between: dose logging, a quick morning check-in, protein tracking from a photo of your meal, menu recommendations when you eat out, and workouts sized to the time you have. Your labs and scans show up there too.

The program in one paragraph

Project 180 runs 180 days. You see your provider in person every month, get a body composition scan every month, and your dose gets adjusted based on what the scan, your labs, and your symptoms show. Red light, a Lipo-B shot, anti-nausea medication when you need it, and the Olina app are all included. Labs are drawn in-house at the start and every 6 months. Pricing is $249 a month with compounded semaglutide or $349 a month with compounded tirzepatide for our first 50 founding members, then $299 and $399, and your first visit costs nothing.
