What Day 1 looks like

• Get your baseline body composition scan so you know your real starting point.
• If you're a candidate, get your first injection before you leave, plus a Lipo-B shot.
• Baseline labs are drawn in-house within your first week as a member.

Day 1 is free, and you don't need a card or a deposit to book. If you turn out not to be a candidate, you keep your scan results.

The program in one paragraph

Project 180 runs 180 days. You see your provider in person every month, get a body composition scan every month, and your dose gets adjusted based on what the scan, your labs, and your symptoms show. Red light, a Lipo-B shot, anti-nausea medication when you need it, and the Olina app are all included. Labs are drawn in-house at the start and every 6 months. Pricing is $249 a month with compounded semaglutide or $349 a month with compounded tirzepatide for our first 50 founding members, then $299 and $399, and your first visit costs nothing.
